Article 1 - Purpose of the GCU

The purpose of the GCU is to define the terms and conditions under which Les Chalets de la Gazonne makes the Site available to Users.

Article 2 - Acceptance of the GCU

The TOS must be read carefully by the Users when they are on the Site. It is possible, at any time, to print and/or save the GTU.
The navigation on the Site implies the acceptance of the GCU.
Les Chalets de la Gazonne reserves the right to unilaterally modify and update the GCU at any time, without prior notice or particular formality, it being specified that any change relating to the said GCU will be published on this page. It is up to the User to regularly consult the GCU.

Article 3 - Management of the Site

3.1. For the good management of the Site, Les Chalets de la Gazonne reserves, at any time, the right to suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site for any reason whatsoever and in particular for maintenance or updating purposes or in the event of an attack on the Site and this, whatever the nature.

3.2. Any creation of hypertext link pointing to the Site or any part of the Site is forbidden, except prior written agreement of Les Chalets de la Gazonne. Hypertext links to the Site may have been created without the knowledge of Les Chalets de la Gazonne. In this case, Les Chalets de la Gazonne cannot be held responsible for the information presented on these sites.

The Properties may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual or industrial property rights.

Article 8 - Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The present GTU are governed by French law. The French courts are competent to rule on all disputes that may arise in connection with the execution of these terms and conditions, in particular the Commercial Court of Rodez.
